Doosan Engine Manuals PDF
Doosan is one of the world's largest construction equipment manufacturers, loaders, machine tools, and engines. The company has been producing diesel engines since 1958. Medium power engines (250-600 kW) are made under licenses from MAN (Germany), and the 60-200 kW range - under license from Isuzu (Japan), are improved replicas of these well-known brands. Doosan engines have been specifically designed to operate in harsh environments and are installed in trucks, construction equipment, river, sea vessels, and diesel generator sets. In the production of Doosan engines, components of the best world brands are used: the cylinder block for V-series engines is manufactured at the Mercedes plant in South Africa, and the cylinder-piston group is manufactured at the Male plant (Germany); Bosch fuel pump (Germany) and Garrett turbocharger (Great Britain). Unlike European and American engines, Doosan is characterized by a low degree of engine boost, which provides a high power reserve and a long service life.
The operational reliability of Doosan engines is ensured by a simple design that is unpretentious to fuel quality. Doosan machines are devoid of electronic components and equipped with in-line injection pumps, which makes them easy to maintain and repair.
Doosan provides reception for up to 100% of the load simultaneously.
